Lyn
was interested in natural health and healing from an early age and got
her first diploma in the theory and practise of massage with the American
Health Studios Perth Western Australia in 1983.
She
studied Naturopathy with the Preventive Medicine Movement NSW Australia with
the expert tuition and guidance of Dr David Keightley in the medical section requirements of the course,
graduating in 1986. Her studies included Physiology and Anatomy, Iris Diagnosis, Iridology,
Nutritional Chemistry, Myorthotics and Bowen Therapy.
Lyn
became a senior health counsellor for preventive medicine in 1988 and
ran her own Naturopathic Clinic in Roleystone WA dealing with all kinds
of ailments and health issues including emotional balance and counselling.
Lyn continued adding other skills and training in E.F.T.,Reflexology, Urine Analysis and Heavy Metals Testing.
Lyn continued studies in Body Electronics under Dr John Ray. She co
-facilitated in lifeskills workshops on personal growth, stress management
and spiritual development and is very much aware of how much the body
mind emotional and spiritual needs have to be in balance for improved
health to be effective, and for lower stress functionality to be maintained
both mentally and physically.
Dr.
Cabot became aware of Lyn in 2001 and invited her to train as her weight
loss consultant for Western Australia. Lyn trained and qualified in
theory and practise with Dr Cabot on the job attending hundreds of women
seeking help in consultations at shopping centres, seminars, and public
appearances. Also personal one on one training in products consultations
and applications and dealing with the Womens Health Advisory Service
which Dr Cabot runs from Sydney.
Lyn
has done radio interviews, public appearances and works closely with
Dr Cabot and her staff. As well as having her own website Lyn
is a co - founder of the new Health Therapists Dot Com
which is a portal for health information, health radio broadcasts information, and a directory for health therapists and medical practitioners of all
persuasions and modalities everywhere.

for you to enjoy, search and browse.

Dr.
Cabot graduated in medicine from the University of Adelaide South Australia
in 1975. As part of her extracurricular medical studies she studied
herbal medicine, naturopathy, acupuncture and homeopathy. Dr. Cabot
began her medical career in 1980 as an Obstetrician and practiced in
Sydney, Australia.
In
1984 she spent considerable time working at the Leyman Missionary Hospital
in the Himalayan foothills of India. Here she studied tropical medicine
and infectious diseases. She also tended to indigenous women with obstetric
emergencies. This was helped by her study of the Hindu language.
She
returned to Australia in the late 1986 to resume her practice and become
an author. Her first book titled "Women’s Health", was
an authoritative health guide for women who were seeking more natural
alternatives.
Subsequently
she authored several more best selling books, "Menopause-HRT and
It’s Natural Alternatives", "Don’t Let Hormones
Ruin Your Life", "The Body Shaping Diet" and the "Handbag
Health Guide".
Her book called “Boost Your Energy” covers New Age Hormone
Replacement Therapy using natural hormone creams and lozenges (troches)
and is a must for women who are interested in menopause and keeping
young.
Her book "Syndrome X" launched in 2001, has been a best-seller
also.Her "Raw Juices" book was launched at the same time.
Just one year later she launched another book "Hormone Replacement
The Real Truth" which became another best seller.Since then Dr Sandra has launched
more books, "Tired of not Sleeping", "Cholesterol the Real Truth", "The Ultimate Detox", "Alzheimers", and The "Dr Sandra Cabot Recipe
Collection".
Dr.
Cabot is sometimes known as “The Flying doctor” because
she is a pilot and flies herself to seminars throughout Australia for
her Women’s Health Network. She has also conducted seminars in
other countries, including the U.S.A, where she has lectured for the
American Liver Foundation and the Annual Conference of the “Primary
Biliary Cirrhosis Foundation”
She
has made hundreds of appearances on Australian TV and radio and has
been interviewed three times on U.S. national television; twice on Pat
Robertson’s 700 Club and on The Trinity Broadcasting Network.
